+ -1 moreI called Rich Carpet Cleaning and spoke with Bob. He was personable and asked questions about the rooms that I wanted the carpets cleaned. He gave me an estimate over the phone and told me that he would confirm the amount before any work was started. We agreed upon a date and time. Bob arrived that morning and walked through the house measuring rooms where needed, and then he calculated the actual cost. I added an additional room to clean that I had not mentioned on the phone. His estimate by phone was right on target and the only increase was because of the additional room that I added. Bob worked for about the three hours and was not bothered by my dogs or toddlers. He was able to clean all of the stains, even a pet stain that I had worked on twice before. The carpet took a long time to dry, but he had prepared me for that, especially since it was a humid day. He encouraged me to call him if I had any complaints, and said he would come back to address them. We were very happy with his service!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living room, dining room, family room, hallway, staircase and three bedrooms.

Description of Work: They offered to Clean a small portion of my tile floor, since other companies would not promise that they could improve the appearance of this by cleaning. The employee was very friendly but professional . He happily cleaned almost one fourth of my dining room floor. He wanted to be sure I would have an area to compare. He was neat and cleaned up any water or soap left behind. And there was no charge for this trial. I did see an improvement, and I had him return to do the entire floor. I also asked him to do carpet cleaning for a large section of the house. I saw a definite improvement in both the carpet and the tile floors. He even cleaned a small tile area at no extra charge when he cleaned the carpet. I was disappointed in one area with steps that was difficult to clean. He had asked me to call him back if there were any problems with the work. I did talk to him about this area, and he returned and he cleaned it to my satisfaction. I had consulted with several other floor cleaning services. This employee was familiar with all those cleaning techniques and he did not think any of those were necessary for my floor. He seems knowledgeable and confident. I was happy with the outcome.
