Completely satisfactory. The installer inadvertently disabled the code for our second (working) door opener in the process of installing the new one on the other door, and apologetically offered to come back to reset it (we didn't have the electronic opener at hand for that door). Fortunately, we were able to reset it ourselves afterwards, but we appreciated his honesty and forthrightness.

Very responsive. Fixed the same day (within 4 hours of the placed phone call). Replaced both torsion springs, lubed and tested/adjusted the motor and the door. Labor cost on the little-bit expensive side, but given the speed, it was worth it.
Description of Work: Garage Door: Replaced 2 torsion springs, of which one was broken. Lubed and adjusted the garage door.
