Great guy.

I feel fortunate to have been able to meet Chris and have him fix my HVAC issues. He was prompt, excellent at communicating, and also is a great listener. The cost of my service wasn't low due to what was needed but it was more affordable than other quotes I'd recieved; some of the others who had spoken to me on the phone were indicating rates that were 50% higher than what Chris charged for the same exact product! I'll gladly hire him for future work. I've already given his number to others with HVAC needs.

Chris provided unbelievable service during a recent difficult outage of my HVAC system. He spent extra time and responded far quicker than any other contractor. He even took a part home, refurbished it and removed the rust and painted the piece exposed to the outdoors. I’d hire him again in a second!

Chris Scotti was the only one willing to come out on a late Sunday afternoon! My house was almost 90 degrees inside, I have few screened windows and I depend on the central air to work! Brand new A/C unit purchased 3months ago, that would not work and the company I purchased it from would not even come out to help me! Chris showed up and fixed the problem! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything!!! Over heating in a house is just as dangerous as freezing! Companies that install A/C units should have staff/technicians on stand by for emergencies!! Chris was great!!!
