About us

We are a small, family owned business with a shop atmosphere. Our technicians are out on the road frequently, so we do not keep set store hours. For this reason, we ask that you call in advance if you are stopping by with a lock problem, we wouldn't want to have you stop in if there is no one here to assist you. For the most part, there is someone in the office from 8am to 4pm, but please, still call ahead. Our charge for a scheduled service call starts at $100.00. This charge increases to $150.00 for emergency or same-day-service calls, so if at all possible, please call ahead to schedule.

Services we offer

We service residential and commercial customers. Call us for emergency lockout situations (non-automotive), installation of lock sets, door hardware, or keyless entry. We also service safes. We can copy keys, generate keys, rekey locks, and help with just about any other key or lock problem. We sell commercial grade hardware, and keep it in stock. If you're wondering if there is something we can help you with, just call! Hopefully we can, and if we can't, we may know someone who can!

Services we don't offer

We no longer rescue those locked out of their vehicles. We cannot program transponder keys. We cannot assist in the moving of safes.

Radack's Rapid Lock & Door Service are terrific. Because I manage buildings, we have lock problems occasionally. They are very quick to respond and very helpful. We've never had a problem and we've used them for 10 or 12 years for the company as well as for my individual needs. They are really a good company, very pleasant and very trustworthy. They handle all of my boss's properties as well as the one that I manage. They are very competent as a locksmith and they've been around for quite a while.
Description of Work: Radack's Rapid Lock & Door Service fix any locks needing work for me either personally or for the building I manage.
