 + -1 moreThey run a monopoly on the area as there are no other options, so they set their prices extremely high in comparison with competitors in other nearby local markets. Even worse, I pay for 15mgbp and tested my system and I only get 6-8....Rip off. I will use anyone else as soon as it is available in my area.
Description of Work: This is the only company available in my area to receive high speed internet.

 + 1 moreWe've had MetroCast for a year now, and have only the worst service! Their customer service department needs to rethink their jobs, they forget who is paying their salaries. I had gone online to pay my bill, and when I clicked on and quot;Submitand quot;, it doubled the amount, and would not allow me to cancel the transaction. I immediately called their customer service department, and was directed to call my bank and put a stop payment on the amount. I did that, and now MetroCast is trying to charge me extra for it. My husband and I have had nothing but problems with their customer service department. We have canceled our service with them, and replaced the service. We've already noticed a huge difference in the quality of the TV picture, and the speed of our internet! Not to mention, our monthly bill has dropped by over $100.
Description of Work: We had the bundle, Cable TV / Phone / Internet.

 + 1 moreThey offer a bundle at a decent price and it's easy to pay online. We've had their cable for a long time. We switched our phone and internet so we could bundle our services.
