They were good. It was a good experience. It's been a while but I had a good experience with J & J Plumbing and Heating LLC. Nothing bad. They came out. They responded the same day and they found the problem quickly. They solved it quickly. Since you have to pay for an hour's worth of work, I had them do something else. I had them drained the hot water heater for me since I've paid them for an hour, so I got my money's worth. They were good.

Justin contacted me within a couple of hours of messaging him here. He asked if he could come by right now, as he was free. He arrived soon after and not only did he fix my garbage disposal but he also fixed 2 clogged sinks, tightened my faucet in the kitchen and fixed my water pressure through my whole house. I could not be happier.

All the above work except the hot water heater was schedule in advance. I used the Amy's list labor discount in advance. I had Justin evaluate the hot water heater for a future date. He said that approximately within an hour he could get a new one and replace the old one. He is as good as his word- he got it done. This is a great young company. I am thankful for Amy's list to locate this company and for the discount.
