I was impressed with his service.

They wanted me to sign another contract for another three months for the same amount. They eliminated some of the mice but not all of them. But they were honest in the beginning to say that they were not going to get rid of all of the mice. I would tell a friend that they are not going to be able to get rid of all of the mice.

Charlie was punctual, professional, very thorough, helpful, and delightful to deal with. He took and studied samples of the ants and identified them to create the most effective treatment profile. We ultimately went with another company because of their equally as fast response, lower price estimate, and longer warrantee.

They are the best around. You won't find a similar service at a similar price. There are 3 scheduled visits between Spring and Fall. They will also make "free" emergency visits if you have a situation that requires a service between scheduled visits. I've had their service for about 5 years, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, we do not have wasps and carpenter ants that were an issue when we thought we could get by without.

One thing Griggs and Browne need to improve on is their professionalism. They showed up to the house using regular cars as opposed to a vehicle with their name on it. Although they did have their uniform, I just thought that they could have been showing more of their company name to either the vehicle or the uniforms that they wear. One of the issues is that I'm dealing with is termites so it's yet to be seen whether or not that problem is solved. But they did get the job in a fairly quickly manner. The other issue is that initially, they have to request for a contract so I just felt that that is something they can improve on. If you try to see a client, come in with a contract so that we know exactly what you're doing. The exterminators were pretty friendly, honest, efficient with their time. They were in and out pretty quickly. So far, I'm satisfied with their quality of work.

Griggs and Browne Co. Inc. in Connecticut are great. They charge me a reduced rate because I've been using them so long.

I could call them to come back if need be or extend my contract. My experience was very good.

I pay them quarterly. They have always been consistent and I usually have the same guy that comes out every time so I have a relationship with the guy that does the work. He is always on time and comes when he says that he will come.
