Tony came before the job to make sure he matched out toilet color exactly. Although it was not an emergent job, they scheduled the work quickly. They came early as promised, worked efficiently and were done quickly. They are always professional. We have used them for multiple plumbing jobs over the years, and are the only ones we will call.

ASI personnel were very responsive, professional and friendly when we called for service. They were prompt, explained everything that they were planning on doing to fix our hot water problem, gave us clear pricing for parts and service, and then performed the service in a very timely manner. We were given a full written accounting of all service. When one of the parts failed several weeks later and we had to call again, ASI came out promptly again and replaced the part -- and did not charge us for that new part OR for service. Very pleased with their professionalism.

They are willing to let the same person come back again to do the service, so it is somebody, who regularly knows the furnace. I request the same person come each time, so I do not have to tell what has been going on. They advertised that they will charge the lowest and have service that was available without charging extra for emergency service calls.

Couldn't ask for better- responded immediately to our phone call. Came on time, completed the job quickly, and was able to do a few other minor things while he was here.

Responded to a call at 5:00 Friday evening. He (Tony) was prompt, he quoted a reasonable price up front and stuck to it. The work was first class. I would use his service again.

I am extremely unsatisfied with Assertive Solutions Inc. I chose this company because a coworker called around for the lowest price for heating oil, and instead of making all of the same phone calls, I called them. I was not pleased with it. I felt ripped off after they did work for me. ASI told me I had to replace a couple of parts before they would agree to do the cleaning as it was dirty and they did not want to be responsible if there was a fire. I told them to go ahead to do it, since the furnace needed to be cleaned. .They told me that they replaced 2 pieces, a $12 part and a $20 part. My handyman looked at it and told me that the entire piece had to be replaced, not just the inside and the part was never change. So, ASI charged me $400 for a part that they did not replace. I would not recommend them.

They came and suggested to replace the garbage disposal. They are always prompt. The technicians are really knowledgeable. They are fast in the work. I would use them in the future.
