+ -1 moreWorst possible experience. Very friendly and helpful during the sales process and then disappeared once they had our money. They never called to follow up to let us know that the product we were expecting in 2 weeks would take 6. Every time we called we got an "its on the way" answer. Finally, we got word the product had shipped. But to the wrong address. Once we tracked it down, we opened it and it was the wrong product. They gave us a hard time about sending it back and then tried to hit us with a restocking fee for their error. They were never apologetic, nor did they make any effort to remedy their mistakes. If you asked for a manager, they routed your call to the receptionist who would send you back to the salesperson who would then let you go to voicemail. We were in disbelief. I can only assume that this is how Torrington Supply of Waterbury does business.
