They did a great job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t call to inform us that they were running late. The were scheduled for 9:00 but came after 10. Not a huge deal but when you are dealing with elderly people it can be a big deal. Other than that it was an excellent service

If you do a roof and deck power washing combination, I recommend NOT letting them PW the deck BEFORE doing the roof. Depending on how much algae/lichen you have on the roof, the mess that rains down can be heavy and makes double the water use and double the work. Add heat and humidity and exhaustion may cause the clean up to be less than the best. We had a heavy infestation on our roof and it looks black and fresh again! Their customer service is top notch and they will stand behind their work and make sure you are satisfied in the end.

Thurston Duct Cleaning did a great job. The guys were on time, super nice and respectful, commpleted the job i the time expected and on budget. They even explained how they do the cleaning and why the returns get dirty. Definitely recommmend this company!

We had 3 employees from Thurston do the work. I believe that they did a quality job for a very reasonable price. They were cordial and very willing to answer questions as they performed their job. I did have an issue with a vent after they left, but with a phone call, they promptly addressed and resolved it. I recommend them!

Great job. Very quick and worth every penny. These guys were very easy going, polite and easy to work with. What they quoted me was exactly what we paid. No punches pulled. Everything was clearly explained prior to hiring as well as during the process. They even went above and beyond by helping us newbie first time home buyers by showing us how to change our air filters, how to better insulate our ducts and how to open and close our vents in our 100 year old home. We will definitely hire again in the future!

We first called Life Air Care for a quote. Agreeing to the quoted price, we scheduled them to come. They arrived and immediately told us the price would be more than double the original quote. When we asked how they could do that, Patrick just stormed out of the house. We don't see how he could be getting the high ratings he is getting, unless this is rigged, based on what we saw of him. However, When we called Thurston Duct Cleaning and were given a quote, they came and performed the job professionally without questioning the price again. And, BTW, Thurston Duct Cleaning quoted a lower price than Life Care started out with. We are very happy with the outcome but felt betrayed by Life Care's lack of service and Home Advisor's unwillingness to hold Patrick at Life Care accountable for his behavior.

When we had to reschedule due to excavating being done, it was no problem. When I called back to schedule very prompt on getting the work completed.
