Dave was very thorough and wasn't satisfied with his work until he was able to figure out the source of the issue. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and I appreciate the environmentally-friendly products he uses. 30 day guarantee with services.

Dave was very nice but our problem was not resolved by him. He skittishly sprayed the basketball size wasp nest, took his pay and left. His advise was that we have to wait 8-14 days until they die. After 10 days and little improvement in wasp activity I called him under the 30 day service warranty but he did not come back. We have since taken care of the problem ourselves by spraying repeatedly and subsequently removing the nest. It is comical when the exterminator seems more afraid of the wasps than the customer. In summary, total waste of $200.

Pennacle pest control was the third exterminator to inspect my home. He's the only who actually found bed bugs and eggs. Everyone else said just wait and if you're bitten again call us. Pennacle was very thorough and the cheapest. They also use natural ingredients and it killed them on the spot. I highly recommend them and would call them again in an instant!
