Perez Paving did a great job paving my driveway. I had an existing 29 year old driveway that had gone to ****. Efrain Perez and his crew took out the old driveway. In addition, I wanted it expanding by approximately 35%. They came in, put the extra process down and laid it all flat while considering the pitch to make sure that no water pooled up anywhere on the driveway. I found 3 other top rated Angie's list businesses but Perez Paving was much less expensive.

They were very hardworking and professional. The driveway came out beautifully. They also put underground drain pipes from two down spouts. This was a great idea that we hadn't previously thought of.

I selected Perez Asphalt and Paving based on the positive reviews I read on Angi's. I contacted two other outfits to get comparable quotes and I found that, not only did Perez give me a better quote, Efrain also took the time to understand what my wife and I wanted. I am very happy to report that my walkway with Nicolock pavers looks spectacular. This was only made possible due to Efrain and his team members Fausto and Juan. This is a very hard working team that takes pride in their work. Their work is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Efrain is a perfectionist and his attitude permeates to his workers. What also impressed me was that Efrain kept to the quote that he had given me and did not try to get more money out of me, which sometimes happens with other outfits. Keep up the good work guys. Efrain and his team are exceptional. They were polite, professional, and punctual! Efrain was so conscientious about calling to keep us informed of the starting date (estimate was given in January 2021), and kept us updated on his plans for each step of the job. The three of them worked efficiently to complete quality work. We were not only impressed with Efrain as a person, but also with the end result. The price was very reasonable (we had received several estimates over the years). We highly recommend Perez Paving!
