Mike responded quickly, was professional and thorough. I knew what he would do, saw his licence and insurance info and got a bona fide contract. Mike did the job ( a flat roof with 2100 sq ft.) in two days right on schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. Mike was a pleasure to work with.

Mike Tullo works in a very professional manner and made my emergency roof repair a priority even though it was not a big project for him. He was the first contractor to show up and gave me a quote on the spot. Mike arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He went above and beyond our original agreement with no added cost because he realized I did not have the equipment to reach my roof. Mike called the evening after completing the job to make sure I understood exactly what was done and to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I am more than satisfied and would gladly recommend Mike to anyone.

There was a prompt follow up to my call. Sales call was excellent providing me with everything needed to make an informed decision. From all indications the job was completed on time with through clean up. While only time will tell if the job was properly completed I do not anticipate any problems. My only concern is that a few shingles for future repair were not left.
