Description of Work: I recently had issues with my roof, water leaking in on a flat area that had been repaired a few times prior and it was old - 2 layers and so we decided to move forward with a new roof. I am in the real estate industry, with many contacts to pull from. I called a bunch of those contacts to give me estimates and when I went to Angie's list to confirm their reviews - I found M & J Roofing! They had 421 reviews with a 92% A rating really seemed amazing! So I contact them via Angie's list and they got back to me ASAP - Louie came out when I wasn't home to do the estimate, left if form with a sample book. After reviewing all of the estimates I narrowed down my search and had 3 of the roofers come back to meet with me. They were each in the same price range so for me the next piece was professionalism. After meeting with each of them it was an easy pick, Louie from M & J stood out to me, he was very personable, said he would be on the job the whole time and really took the time to make suggestions and walk me through the process. I felt very comfortable with him. I called 2 of his reference and the both spoke very highly of him which just confirmed what I felt. They started the job on Wednesday 8/24 and completed on 8/25. They worked 10 hours the first day and were done by 12 the next. They arrived on time and cleaned up both days. I am very happy with the look of my new roof and I am confident that I will not have any issues with water again, if I do Louie said he would be back. They offered a great warranty on the workmanship and the price was fair. Great experience all around and have given out his name to a few people! Thank you - M & J Roofing!

Description of Work: I called Louie to get an estimate for repair or replacement on my roof. He was on time and provided an estimate for both within an hour. We decided to do the replacement and he scheduled us for the next week. His workers arrived early in the morning and in 2 days I had a new roof. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves so you could hardly tell that work had been done. I would recommend M & J highly for any roofing job.

Description of Work: M&J replaced a section of my roof due to some water damage. All the old roofing was removed and taken away. M&J was very responsive and timely in all the work. I also received an estimate on replacing the entire roof since it almost 35 years old. Would definitely use again.

 + -1 moreI was pleased with the work and the time it took them to complete it. The crew showed up every day in the morning and worked all day long. It took three days for the work to be completed. The clean up job was very good and they used magnets to find all of the nails.
Description of Work: They installed a new roof on my 1900 square foot home. They also replaced three sections of plywood underneath. They did remove the old shingles as well and cleaned up afterwards. I went with 25 year shingles.
