Louie was fantastic. Very professional and very responsive. Hardworking crew- they arrived on time and worked until after dark to finish the job. Very neat, cleaned up after beautifully. You could not tell they were even here after they left. I'd highly recommend M&J to anyone. Price was very competitive.

M&J roofing provided me with a very high quality roof for both my home and garage. The initial consultation was detail oriented all of my questions were answered with additional explanations provided. The crew of 4 men arrived early morning and completed the entire JOB that day! They stripped off all the existing roofing on both buildings, installed the new roof and cleaned up every single bit of scrap material left on the ground upon completion of the project. I was very impressed as were my neighbors. The owner was on site to manage and oversee the project. The team was respectful and kept on task. This company also repaired my chimney, rebuilding the exterior chimney, added an interior sleeve and took pictures before and after.

We were very happy about the whole process from beginning to end. Nick was a pleasure to talk with and helpful with making decisions. The day of the job, our old roof was taken off and replaced, as were our old gutters. There were other things that they updated and streamlined which were included with the cost, as our house is pretty old and outdated. No hard sell and just updated us about the condition of stuff as they worked. No surprises as we knew our gutters were old. Everyone was very polite and courteous. By the end of the day, we had a beautiful, new roof and gutters and there wasn’t a scrap of evidence left around our house; they were very efficient, organized and neat!!! We were very impressed and would highly recommend them to others.

Louie and his team were excellent and very professional. Coming to the realization that I needed a new roof was very stressful. However, from day one Louie put any doubts I had to ease. Even with a couple of challenges along the way (weather mainly), Louie was accessible and responded back in a very short time. His crew came and to my delight was able to complete the roof in one day. They were very efficient and they did a tremendous cleanup job when completed. M&J replaced a flat roof for us that had been leaking - they were amazing - we received a quote quickly which was fully explained, the job was scheduled and they showed up on time and finished a large flat roof in one day (especially helpful since the next day was another rainstorm!). We were so fortunate to find them - extremely professional, knowledgeable, price sensitive - job came in on time and on budget, and the end product is perfect!

Louie and his team did an excellent job on the entire project. At the end of every work day they cleaned up after themselves and kept all the material very organized. We made some minor alterations and additions to the project along the way and Louie was very accommodating to all of our requests. The price of the entire job was very reasonable and beat out several other contractors even with extra items added on like two exterior doors and installation. I would hire M&J Roofing again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

On time evaluation. On time repair date. Work was performed professionally and quickly. After removing old shingles an area was found that needed extra support, I was notified , it was repaired and cost was very reasonable. (no price gouging). The whole crew was personable and were very helpful when I asked questions during the process. They beat out (4) other A+ rated contractors by a significant margin, but the biggest factor in my decision to use them was the personable, customer comes first attitude and the pride in their work extremely evident . We asked for estimates from a number of firms and this company not only presented the sales pitch from the roofing materials company they used (which most of the respondents did), but also discussed it in relation to our particular situation. They called a couple of days before scheduling the job so we knew ahead of time when they were coming, and during the job showed us everything that might affect the final price so we were kept appraised of any changes from the estimate as they happened.

M&J Roofing did a terrific job. Louie and his crew are an impressive team. Prompt, efficient, worked quickly, cost conscious, completed the work in one day, thoughtful, cleaned everything up, did small extras they didn't have to, and we have a great looking new roof! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Nick did a great job, he is due to come back and make another repair on my roof. They called if there were going to be any delays. I haven't had any problems with leaks since then. He also inspected the roof for me and repaired something that I hadn't noticed yet. Their response was immediate, they made the appointment and they came when they said they would, it was very important that it be fixed quickly and it was. He also did a few structural repairs as well which was covered in the initial estimateThey did excellent work for me. I plan to have them replace whole roof for me in the future.

The house looks new ,very clean .The guys did wonderful job.They did lots of extra touches ,like the frames around the windows.

Louie was very professional and easy to work with. We bought an old house with a roof that needed repairs. Louie promptly came out to give us an estimate and completed the work before we moved in. He never pressured us to do more work than was needed. We trusted Louie's work so much that we asked him to come back to clean our gutters. He was very responsive to our questions and requests; he even returned one of our calls while he was out of the country! We are so glad that we chose M&J Roofing and would recommend their services unconditionally.

I hired M&J for new roof and gutters installation. The Job was done very well and couldn’t be more pleased with the new roof and the gutters. Spoke to Louie month before job was done, he was very professional and explained everything in detail. Louie sent Mike and his team on time as scheduled and they did the entire job in very professional manner. Not a debris was left behind, everything was picked up all around. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Our home was badly damaged by the May tornado. One of the repairs needed on our home was to replace the roof and gutters. My husband and I obtained three quotes but, the moment we spoke with Louie, we knew we wanted M&J to do the job! Louie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his field of work. He reassured us that he and his team would do the job as if it were his own house. That was not a sales pitch but the truth! Louie, Nick, Mike and the rest of the team did work that was above and beyond what was needed! They were punctual and Lou was very responsive to all our communication. After the roofing part was done, Mike installed the gutters paying attention to even the smallest detail, and we have a lot of peaks and valleys! Mike, like the rest of the team, is a gem! We cannot say enough about M&J and I wish I could give them an A+++++++++ because they deserve it! We highly recommend M&J. You will not be sorry when you hire them.

M&J was a pleasure to work with. Very professional - they knew what they were doing. Timely, punctual, and efficient. Got the job done in two days. It would have been less had it not been for rain and stubborn shingle removal. Would definitely hire M&J again!

Everything went extremely well. Salesman was punctual, explained everything in detail, planned on a date for the work to begin & they were right on time. There were 6 workers & they all knew what to do & they never wasted any time. They did an excellent job & they cleaned up every little piece of anything & I have never seen a speck left behind. I was very impressed with the whole operation & will definitely use them again. Have had many compliments on the new roof.

This was the second roofing job that Louie and his crew have done for me. Just like the last time, they were great. Always on time, they finished the job ahead of schedule. M&J was recommended to me by my fiance' who used them in August 2017 to replace the roof and gutters, and re-build the brick furnace chimney on his raised ranch. He liked that the company was a long established family business that provided a ten year warranty on labor and did all the work in-house without use of subcontractors. The work that they performed for me was done on schedule, and of high quality. I liked the attention to detail. They even painted my galvanized steel furnace and fireplace chimney pipes to match the color of my roof. I also liked that the owner, Louie, and his brother-in-law, Mike, were on the job thoughout the installations to ensure the work was completed per contract. I would highly recommend this company.

When I first reached out to M&J, Louie was very responsive and he never waivered from that. He and his team did an awesome job and in a lot less time than I expected. They cleaned up everything. My home now boasts of beautiful roof for which I've had compliments on. They even came back a repaired a downspout for me because during the first driving rain after installation the gutter separated from the downspout and was eroding away the newly done yardwork (not their fault. My gutters are old). When it comes time for new gutters I will be reaching out to Louie and his team. I can't say enough good things about them and anyone who uses them can't go wrong. The pricing was super reasonable too. If I had before/after pictures I'd post them. Awesome job! Thanks Louie and team!

M& J Roofing had done our main house roof- (~3500 sq foot- 3 dormers, total tear off - 3 layers of shakes and shingles and replaced all the plywood) 8 years ago. He gave us an excellent price at that time after we had received some very wild estimates! This time we had storm damage - trees down all over the property after this tornado - some overturned by the root ball, but thankfully none hit the structures. The detached garage and barn had a lot of damage - roof shingles torn off down to the plywood in addition to hail damage. We immediately called Louie (the owner of M&J) after the tornado and he came as soon as the street was cleared for traffic, to assess the damage and give us a detailed estimate for the inspector. His son placed a tarp on the roofs for us because more rain was expected. He said as soon as we were ready - we should just call and he would be here. He kept his word. When the insurance inspector came to view the damage, he checked the main house roof (done by M&J in 2010) and commented that we had a "beautiful roof" on the house -"excellent workmanship" and no wind damage at all. The outbuildings were done by other companies 10-15 years ago and cost us plenty at that time. The Owner (Louie) is a gentleman - polite, fair, honest, and on time- what he says can be counted on. He remembered us from 8 years ago and was very kind in relieving our anxiety about this damage. He was present and working with the crew for the first 2 days with his son and then he left close to the end of the last 1/2 day when his son and other men were cleaning up. They were finished with both roofs in 2.5 days despite the heat wave we had - with temps in the mid 90's and heat index over 100. They worked as if it were 60 degrees- declined any water or Gatorade but were grateful for the offer - they "bring everything they need". We had recommended him to 2 of our neighbors as well- and now 4 roofs in the neighborhood have been done by M&J. We are older women - who have had some bad experiences with contractors. Louie is not like that. He takes time and listens to our concerns, explains what he was going to do - explains the price and is reassuring that he wants us to be satisfied with the outcome. We were relieved, that we could turn to him for this work. He is professional, courteous and trustworthy and we were greatly relieved - this meant a lot to us at this very stressful time. I highly recommend M&J roofing for outstanding workmanship at a very fair price.
