+ -1 moreCurtis was very punctual and professional. New exactly what needed to be done and went the extra mile in getting the parts to rectify my problem. Cleaned up area when finished. Price was reasonable for job performed. Highly recommend this service and will call them again in the future. Job completed on 5/23/17.

Description of Work: Came out to do two chimney sweeps and inspections. They noticed missing and damaged pieces and replaced on site with warranty. Will use again. They had fair prices. They book up quickly in the fall.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned my chimney and then they used a scare tactic to try to sell me a liner for the chimney, but I happen to have a next door neighbor who is a mason. He took a mirror and light and looked down my chimney and it was absolutely fine. They cleaned the chimney, but did not remove the ashes form the basement and I did not realize for a week or two after they cleaned the chimney. I did not get the full service that I thought I was going to get. They came out quickly.
Description of Work: I used Loyalty Chimney Sweep for chimney cleaning.

+ -1 moreI called and left a message a couple days before requesting that Lotalty Chimney provide me with a copy of their proof of insurance prior to or at the least the day service was supposed to be performed. I also called Loyalty Chimney on Monday several times to see why he had not arrived to perform to work. As of today's date 5/10/2012, I have yet to receive any further communication for Loyalty Chimney.
Description of Work: Loyalty Chimney provided a quote for service and we agreed upon the date the work was supposed to be performed. Loyalty Chimney was supposed to remove and reinstall Chimney Crown.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS NOT THAT GOOD. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. THEY LEFT A MESS BEHIND AND I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

+ -1 moreI NOTICED A LOT OF SMOKE WAS STAYING INSIDE MY HOME WHEN I LIT THE FIREPLACE. I THOUGHT MAYBE SOMETHING WAS STUCK IN THE CHIMNEY. IT TURNS OUT THERE WAS OVER 4 YEARS OF STUFF UP IN MY CHIMNEY THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FOR BETTER VENTILATION.
