Description of Work: 1) Painted 3 walls in 13' x 17' kitchen. Up to 3 coats of medium eggshell green to cover intense red. Only about 150 square feet to paint with a LOT of cut-in with a brush. 2) Painted 13' x 17' kitchen ceiling. Primed where necessary with 1 finish cost of flat white. 3) Prepped and painted the exterior of 14 double hung window sash. This is 7 double hung windows with 2 window sash each. 12 sash have multiple panes of glass ( 2 or 6 panes). Removed loose putty, oil primed bare wood, primed and painted. Also painted the 7 exterior window sills as a bonus. 1) & 2) $420 3) $540 Clinton supplied the paint and supplies. --end--

He paid attention to all of my requests and answered all of my questions. Suggested and gave me more than one option to fit my budget and choices to improve curb appeal.
