Terrific job! I have two investment properties (a 3-family house and a 4-family house) that needed some rotted wood replaced and for the houses to be painted. I met with Leandro to get estimates for both houses. He was very easy to discuss the projects with and gave me a very fair price for both houses. He explained everything that the painters would do to prepare the house. He discussed various types of paints that would be suitable to each house. The painters did a phenomenal job. They replaced all the rotted wood, power washed, scraped, sanded, primed the entire house, and finished with a final coat of paint. They went above and beyond with the carpentry and painting. They were always available for questions or concerns. They were professional, courteous, neat and always on time. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again in the future.

Challenger did interior painting and interior and exterior tile. Clean and professional all around and they were very fair pricing some small extras.

Leandro and his crew were a delight to work with. The 2 guys who came to my home each day to paint the exterior were polite, and respectful. Our experience with Challenger Construction was very positive in every way. We have twenty foot cathedral ceilings and the interior of our nineteen year old home was in bad shape due to various factors including settling of the home. Challenger made the interior walls and ceilings look smooth, clean and beautiful. It looks like a new home. Also, the workers were hard-working and a pleasure to deal with. They finished the job on time notwithstanding snowy December weather and our adding wall moulding (time consuming to paint) after the project was quoted. Before this project, I thought customer service was dead. It is not. Meticulous, quality work at a reasonable price (I got four quotes before choosing Challenger) and old-fashioned customer service. Thank you Challenger!

Challenger painted the outside of my house and it looks great! They gave me a reasonable bid and provided quality service. They painted my small Cape Cod style home which is 70 years old and has cedar shakes. On one side of the house some of the shakes were warping and needed to be replaced. They were able to do this work as well as the painting. I felt very confident in their ability to do all of the work. Communication with the owner was the best. He always got back to me (sometimes within minutes) when I had a question. His painters showed up every day until the work was done. They were very professional, worked quickly and carefully and were very pleasant. They were so hard working, never taking a break other than lunch. They were very attentive to detail and gave the site a good clean up each day. When the house was done they carefully replaced all of my patio furniture, etc. I would definitely consider hiring Leandro and his crew for any future projects as they made this a stress-free process!

The guys did a great job on the exterior of my home from power-washing, to prep work to the final paint job. They were neat and tidy and worked in a professional manner and were there every day until they completed the job (unless it rained of course). Left my house looking "better then new"! Amazing company !! Leandro and his team did the job as described - above and beyond. On time and on schedule and beautiful results. The team had to sand, replace wooden boards and paint with many high places to reach and lots of trim. Leandro was right on point completely through the process. He responds immediately to questions regarding scheduling, paint choices and any other concern. The two week period they were here, it was a heat wave and the team stayed enthusiastic even while covered in paint dust from sanding whole house. They showed up early and worked until the job was done. They protected the area around with plastic covering to ensure the rest of the home is respected while work being done.
