Leandro and his team was fantastic! Very responsive with regards to communication. His crew was on the job from start to finish, was very friendly and professional. In the middle of the exterior paint job, the crew located some rot due to water damage. They replaced the siding and it looks good as new. Best thing was Leandro was very reasonable when it came to the final cost!! Will be contacting him again for our next project in the fall!!

Challenger was the only painting estimate I received where the owner did a thorough review of the house and pointed out where additional small updates were needed, where there was some wood rot that was fixed with new board or shingles. Owner (Leandro) came by a couple of times during job to check work and point out needed touch ups. As a result there was nothing I had to review or point out. A very thorough job on an all wood house that needed days worth of sanding, scraping and prep. End result is amazing. Very happy.

Leandro is an ace business owner who puts customer service at the top of his list, his works are kind and curious and there craftsmanship is a spot on performance. A+ job guys.

Leandro was terrific. He was very patient with the paperwork for a 203k, and really helped my client out tremendously. I went back to see his work, and it was really well done. Since it involved lead paint remediation, the fact that it passed all inspections the first time made it all the better. First rate service.
