This is the best roofing company period. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They get the job done fast and use the best materials. Everything was super streamlined. The clean up well too. I never even knew they were there. My roof has never looked better. The team is great to work with and the owner Eddie is an incredible and honest guy. I contracted with Brown roofing in October 2020 to replace a small, flat roof and 3 skylights. I paid upfront, and 8 weeks later they came to install my roof. 2 of the custom order skylights were the wrong size, so they told me they'd order more and come back. After 6 months, and 8 phone calls with no return call they arrived with only 1 of the 2 missing skylights saying they'd be back in 3 months. 6 months later I called again. 2 people came out on separate occasions, measured the existing skylight again, and promised me it would be ordered. 3 months later I called 4 different times when they told me they forgot to order it. It is almost June 2022 and after 6 more unreturned phone calls I was informed they forgot to order it AGAIN and it would be 12 more weeks. I paid for this in October 2020 and they have not offered me any return or rebate. My skylight is now leaking, my ceiling is ruined, and THEY STILL HAVEN'T MADE IT RIGHT. Please, don't trust other reviews. This company is full of scam artists who refuse to complete jobs and are forcing me to seek legal action against them to resolve a simple issue. No follow through. If they say they'll call you back, they are lying. Make sure you withhold payment until work is completed, as Brown roofing will keep your money and never complete the job.

SKIP BROWN ROOFING! I paid Brown Roofing $23,996.96 to move a drip from my living room to the garage in 2019! Every time it rains a bit hard the roof leaks! I paid the extra money to put a "Klause on my house" I think the saying should be put a "Curse on your house"! I have called a dozen times and they just keep saying they will send a guy who NEVER FIXES the problem. Here I sit at 3AM watching my garage food and getting ZERO back from the emergency line. If I could go back I would RUN from this place as fast as I could I would, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs! My estimate is attached MINUS the extra $3.5k for 56 sheets of plywood. Pretty expensive to be in the Exact same place I was when I started 3 years later!

Nello measured the job, was very professional and listened to my requests. Job was done over the winter and the crew worked around snow and ice. Had a few custom details that they happily worked with me on and were fair with the extra costs. Everything was detailed in the agreement, All costs were up front and no surprise charges. Would definitely work with them again.

They worked really hard to get as close to other contractors who were not as qualified. Got the best company for a reasonable price. Mike was great and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier. Work was fast, and very high quality and clean up was perfect. Highly recommend.

Roof was completed in a timely manner, despite all the rain we had. Workers were very clean and courteous to staff and visitors. Safety precautions were great. Brown Roofing has done several jobs on my home, and I have nothing but praise for their work. In 2012 they did a roof replacement, stripping the old roof, replacing a couple sheets of plywood and installed new high wind shingles after Superstorm Sandy. Ed, while fighting with my insurance company for months, had his crews out twice installing emergency tarps for different leaks. In the end I had my whole roof replaced at a very competitive price. In May of 2018, my house took a direct hit by a tornado. My exterior of my house was hit hard, I didn t loose a shingle off my roof, while parts of my siding we re gone. I hired Brown Roofing for my siding and gutter replacement. Once again I m extremely happy with the quality and professionalism shown by Brown Roofing s crews.

Salesman was prompt,courteous, and informative. Workers were professional, hardworking and polite. Work was done quickly and completely. After job was done you would never know what was done everything was picked up and neat. Several months later a problem arose. Sales man was contacted immediately a technician was set to home and via phone technician located the problem which had nothing to do with the job done. Not to many companies go to that extend.

I used Brown Roofing in the past and when I needed another roof-I did not shop around-I just called them up again. The owner Ed went out of his way to help ( even while on Vacation ) to force the Insurance Co. to cover all of our costs to repair the roof--Great job and done in record time. Highest quality of work, exceeded the city inspection requirements. Great selection, was given addresses of homes they roofed to see what the different styles looked like on a grand scale in sunlight. Very helpful. Personal touch. Honest.
