+ -1 moreI especially like their 90 day warranty if it goes out again, which is why I went with them in the first place.
Description of Work: My father in law thought that the thermal limiter on the dryer (in a stackable unit) blew and tried t fix it. He couldn't remove the drum, and said the wires to the current limiter were rusted and couldn't complete the job. Now I have a dryer all taken apart in the middle of my kitchen and need a repair man to try to fix it and put it back together.

+ -1 moreWe hired All Star Appliance to repair our refrigerator. They ordered a part and required that we put down $80 for a deposit on October 6, 2020. On November, 24th we called to cancel their service and ask for a refund because they still have not gotten the part for the refrigerator. We received a call from the owner who now claims the $80 was a service fee, but never once did the technician or person booking the appointment mention a “service fee”. So what all star does is order a part and charge you but they never finish the work. Very dishonest and unprofessional. In times like this we are in need of kindness and honesty. Steer clear of All Star Appliance

+ -1 moreMy husband called over the weekend and left a message with all the details regarding our machine. Monday, no call back. Tuesday I called and spoke to Pam. She said she would check and call me back. I left both home and cell numbers. No call back. Customer service is terrible. If they can't even call me back, how can I trust that they would show up?

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD A VERY LATE RESPONSE ON MY CALL; THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. THEN WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEIR QUALITY WAS GREAT. THEY TURNED OUT TO BE A GREAT COMPANY FOR REPAIRS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY STOVE. IT WORKS GREAT NOW.
