+ -1 moreSteve Smalley of Viomax Heating and Cooling came up with an elaborate scheme to cheat my mother out of $1500. He took $1000 from her to order a part to fix her furnace. He came back 6 weeks later and took another $500 and claimed he needed it to pick up the part. That was 2 months ago. He has since blocked her number. He refuses to give any information about where the part was ordered from. It is now the end of November, and she has no heat. He clearly planned this to take advantage of someone vulnerable. He is willing to steal money from widows. He will steal from you too.
