My experience with THOR Roofing was top notch. They took a look at my roof, gave a no pressure cost estimate, and were incredibly friendly / easy to work with when preparing to work with them. I've gotten pitches from more corporate roofing companies, and they put a hard sell, which I absolutely hate. I'm so happy we went with THOR. The day of the job they came right on time, got the work done quickly and neatly, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Can't recommend THOR enough, will be telling anyone I know who need a roof to go to them.

Chris and the Thor team did an outstanding job on a complex roof job. They built protective structures over our air conditioners, pool filter, and hot tub. They protected the pool cover also. We were on vacation while the work was done and the only thing we noticed when we returned was a much better looking roof. Great people to work with, highly recommended.

Let me start by saying Chris and his team are the best of the best. My roof was damaged by a wind storm and I had to go through my insurance company. And let me tell you the insurance company did not make anything easy. My insurance company at first low balled the price. Chris had to take time out of his busy schedule to either email or talk on the phone with the insurance adjuster. After multiple phone calls and multiple emails from Chris the insurance company finally approved the correct amount. Chris showed up with his team and had my roof done in just about four days. Him and his team worked 8 hours a day. Chris made sure he explained everything he was doing and made sure myself and wife understood. Chris treated my roof like it was his own, if he did not like something he would tell us. I can not express how happy my wife and I are with our roof. Chris and his team are true professionals. I would highly recommend Chris and his company to anyone.

Thor roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof in a clean an efficient manner. They arrived on time every morning till the job was completed. They kept the area clean when they left. They also cleaned my gutters, which wasn’t part of the job. The owner, Chris Johnson, was very honest and nice and I would highly recommend them.

Chris and his team were excellent!! They arrived early each morning and were able to adapt to several unexpected roadblocks (including winter weather). They were polite, professional, and left the property clean and tidy when finished. Chris was very communicative and consulted with us before making decisions that differed from the original plan. I had agreed that Chris could schedule this small job around bigger jobs he was handling, so it took a little while for him to get to it last fall. He and his assistant were friendly and seemed professional, and completed the job (installing a new vent pipe and replacing some roofing felt) quickly. However, the next time it rained heavily in mid-November, I noticed that there was still a leak into the attic. I called and texted him repeatedly (at least 6 times) from November to February about coming to fix it. He said he would, but never did. On November 30 it was because of weather, but he promised to come the next day (but didn't). On December 4 he said he had been sick but would come as soon as he could (but didn't). On January 10 he said he was out of town but would come the next week (but didn't). After that he just stopped responding. The whole thing was very disappointing.

Excellent! I would hire Chris again in a heartbeat. He did such a good job I recommended him to my mom for some roofing work. They were very clean and professional. They replaced our entire roof and after they finished, I looked around the house and found only found 1 small peice of paper and NO NAILS. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.

He came out with the wrong ladder. Never checked with us as to how high the roof was. Still has not come back.

Chris Johnson repaired the leak and did an excellent job. He replaced damaged plywood, roof shingles and installed new flashing.

We are very pleased with the roof that Thor Roofing, LLC installed. I was impressed during the estimation meeting when the owner Chris Johnson and an assistant climbed on the roof to inspect and measure; no other roofing estimators did this. Twenty-four hours later, I received a detailed quote. On the first day of construction, Chris and a large crew removed the old asphalt and installed water and ice and other roofing materials to totally secure the roof from water seepage during the time that the new asphalt would be applied. The cleanup was thorough. Communication was extremely easy using email, texting and phone calls. Pricing was very competitive, considering the roof had 3 peaks, four valleys, 2 chimneys, and a large and rather flat porch and bay window that had to be shingled. Also, the roof looks really good.

Chris from Thor Roofing kept me informed from the initial request, then through the ordering process for materials, up to the installation appointment. As with the roof all went A+. I highly recommend this contractor.

Scheduled to show up Wednesday afternoon. Didn't show, didn't call. Rescheduled to have service Friday. Showed up late Friday, interfering with other work I was having done at property. Otherwise, very friendly and professional. Quality of service was good but scheduling is definitely an issue.

Owner was very responsive with scheduling, plenty of availability, and showed up on time. Provided a useful evaluation of our gutter and drain conditions and identified problems that we needed to address.
