Prudential Connecticut Realty

The experience was wonderful. They found a great realtor in Glastonbury and she is with Prudential Realty. She got the house sold for me within 2 weeks. I got the market price for it. I have no complaints and I think she is top notch and she is right on the ball. I would use her again, but unfortunately I am moving about 7-8 miles away from here. I had another realtor and my house was on the market for about 9 months.

I'm working with George Tifft and he is really, really nice. I'm going through a short sale and he has gone through the foreclosure process and everything so he knows everything about it. After he went through foreclosure, he went through bankruptcy because mortgage company went out to him. He has actually gone to school and has been trained on all of that so he could tell everything about it. He ended up changing clears here in the real estate specifically to help people like me. When one goes through a short sale, they'll pay the realtor and it comes out of the short sale process. He'll make 5% of whatever will come out of sale and I don't know what that amount would be. He has no choice in the price, but considering that he knows he's not going to get a lot of money he chose do the clears which is a very good thing for him to do. It's nice of him. I would definitely use him again in the future if need be and I would recommend him too.

Cheryl Vitale is the realtor that I work with. She's excellent. I only had 2 days to find a place because I was starting a school and I wanted to find a place in a good area. She was excellent and she helped me find a place in that limited amount of time. She also helped me get through the whole purchase process in a very quick amount of time.
