+ -1 moreHe spoke to me on the phone for a while, told me everything to do to fix it myself and told me to call him if i still needed more help and he would come out. He was very clear with his pricing to avoid any confusion if he had come out. Very knowledgeable, professional, and responded fast to my email and call! Will definitely use for any future computer issues.
Description of Work: I called Nick (Mr. Computer) to have him come help me with having a bad wifi signal in my house.

+ -1 moreFound Mr. Computer through AL and couldn't be more pleased. Based upon a remote network connection Nick determined that my laptop's hard drive needed replacing and Internet speed increased. Nick spent about 4 hrs at my house; swapped out hard drive, installed all necessary software/drivers and tested everything. Just last evening he conducted another remote session to correct 2 small issues. Nick is a true professional; knows his stuff, has a pleasant personality and is very responsive. He definitely prides himself having satisfied customers, of which I'm one,

Description of Work: Our family laptop was running super slow and causing extreme frustration. I was almost ready to throw the it out the window. I searched both Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau and found Mr. Computer LLC on both sites with positive reviews. I called and Nick was very pleasant and offered an appointment for the very next day. We dropped off the laptop and Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. We thought that our teenage daughter's internet use had subjected the computer to a virus. However, after a thorough review, Nick found no viruses, but the number of programs we had downloaded over the years had drained the memory and that was causing the system slowdown. Nick made suggestions on what programs should be kept and cleaned the entire system, while saving all of our documents and pictures. We also have an old desktop that stopped working. We will be bringing that to Nick as well!! We would definitely recommend Mr. Computer LLC for all your technology needs.

+ -1 moreOver all they are they best in the county if not the State of Connecticut based on price, service, personality and quick response time when you need them. I always recommend Nick and Mr. Computer as they are hands on, professional, knowledgeable and get hte job done. They are at their best when your office is at its worst which is just what we needed.
Description of Work: Mr. Computer has been to my law office many times over the years. In the past they networked my office. Set up anti virus, computer software and a backup hard drive. This past visit they re networked my printer which my copy company could not reconnect. They also maintain my cloud calender and help oversee my SEO.
