Incredible Oil

Very horrible customer service. How rudely the lady that answers the phone and the disgusting gentleman who got on the phone as well. It’s truly disgusting how they spoke to me on the phone. A company that can talk so poorly and dehumanize a customer it truly besides me I know im not the only one that has gotten this treatment . They shouldn’t even be in business . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE . They are a company that only cares are the money they don’t care about their customers AT ALL .

Well I knew I was in trouble from the beginning when the tech arrived. One guy was sitting in the car and one was at my door. SO I open the door, say good morning, the tech say's"Where's the boiler". SO i introduce myself and show him to the boiler. SO during the service I was up and down the stairs working. I noted to the tech that I found the filter at the oil tank clogged. So I changed the filter and cleaned the line two weeks earlier. So I asked the tech to leave the included filter. The tech did note the pump filter was dirty and he would change it. He did. The tech noted the nozzle was in poor condition and it would be replaced, and i would expect it to be. Next he removed the top of the boiler and Vacuumed the top of boiler. This did seem strange to me because he did not open the door on the front to check the fire box and clean inside. He reinstalled the top flue pipe. Next thing I know the burner is running and cleaned up to leave. I pay and he leaves. I go down stairs and smell exhaust. The pipe is not sealed going into the flue. My faith in the service that was performed went down hill. I called a customer I perform generator service for( I am a field service generator tech) That runs a boiler plant. He comes over 2 weeks later. Finds the burner air adjustment door loose and closed to far. The flame is not set up correctly and on the edge of smoking. So my friend checks the pump pressure and it is out of spec for the size nozzle that was installed. So he adjusts the pump and changes the nozzle to a more reasonable size. He removed all the covers and the fire box is full and dirty. We brush it out and get the flue pipe all sealed up with the proper cement. get the boiler running and perform C02 and efficiency check. 86%, Perfect. SO I call Incredible oil and go over the whole list of issues. The answer was i asked for a cleaning and a service. None of the other issues were Incredible oils problem. I would never use incredible oil again for service or oil delivery. When an oil burner is cleaned it should be SERVICED! There should be no difference at all.
