Robert and Jason delivered our new hot tub today. They were both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Jason explained everything well and in great detail. He was very pleasant, patient and answered all our questions re: set up and maintenance of our beautiful new hot tub. It made this once in a lifetime experience an awesome one.

Jason is the technician for my area and he was very friendly and courteous the whole time. He knew the issue right away and was able to fix it once he had the correct parts. It took 3 trips but partially that was my fault. The unfortunate thing is it took over a month and half to get those 3 visits in. I am assuming they are busy given the current state of things in 2020.

We had our hot tub set in correctly and Jason came and showed me what happened! He could have bilked me for more money. He just charged a service call and showed me how to program the buttons! He was honest and told me that it happens often to people!
