 + -1 moreOriginally we found Eylward Timber Co. as an Angies List recommendation. We have been extremely pleased with their service. Mike is excellent, this is our third year of using his firewood. He is such a pleasure to deal with and is always polite and patient with our requests (size of wood, placement and even time of delivery). Our firewood is dry and clean! We have recommended him to our friends and they have used him again this year. Thanks to Angie's List and especially thank you to Mike!!!

 + -1 moreMike was one of the very few firewood providers that returned my call and was the only one who would deliver firewood to my address. My wood stove is small and I asked for shorter logs - he said he'd load shorter logs. The price was fair. No extra charges. Mike came next day as promised, was on time. The quality of the hardwood was great, but the moisture content was 20 - 30% according to my meter - a bit higher than I hoped for, but still fairly good. A pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use him for my next cord. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreJust got a delivery of wood from this guy, he said it was seasoned for 18 months but it does not look or feel seasoned and when we called to raise our concern, before we could explain why we were concerned Mike became very belligerent and rude and ended up hanging up on me. I don't think the wood he delivered is any good and his attitude and customer service skills certainly leave something to be desired to say the least. WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!

Our overall experience has been good with them. They are very punctual and responsive to our needs. We definitley plan to continue use Eylward Timber Comany in the future.
