+ -1 moreProblem seems to be resolved. Diagnosis was probably correct and issue addressed appropriately. Delia does a better job than the service department of Viking retailers. They are more knowledgeable and seem better able to pin point the problems. This is important as Viking products tend to have lots of problems.

+ -1 moreThey charged me a fortune for the work. They keep coming and fixing it, but it doesn?t seem to be proper. Two of the burners have broken and the oven is not accurate. They were not responsive.
