The quality of the work is excellent and I'm pleased with the result.

The Good: The quality of the construction was very good. The garage went up very fast and other than a week delay to replace a damaged garage door, the whole event only took a few days. The roof is anchored at every stud and Bond Bilt used good quality doors and windows. The garage door was installed well works as advertised. It seems to have a quality door opener which is very smooth and quiet. The Bad: Bond Bilt likes to get in quickly and get out quickly. Unfortunately, their speed resulted in some missteps. For instance, some of the heavy trucks ran over parts of my neighbor's lawn. No big deal, accidents sometime happen, however, instead of fixing the trenches left by the trucks, Bond Bilt was content to ignore those trenches until my neighbor complained. They did come fill the trenches with dirt, but it would have been much more professional if they would have recognized the damage and repaired it without being asked. The B rating came from the garage door. I picked out a design that had some handles on it that made the garage look like it had several doors. When I came home and saw the garage, I noticed they did not install the handles and left a bag with the hardware in the garage, missing one handle. I called Bond Bilt and asked why they did not install the handles or leave detailed instructions how to do it. They said they leave them off and let the homeowner decide if he/she wants the handles installed. ...they could have just asked me. They did bring the missing handle, but did not install them on the door while they were here. I sent another email asking the handles be installed, but it never happened and I still have the handles in a bag. In short, the overall garage is great. The attention to detail and going the extra mile to make sure everything is done exactly right is not part of their package. I'd certainly recommend them to build a good garage at a reasonable price, but I would hang on to the last payment until everything you want done is completed.

Bond-Bilt Garages Incorporated is marvelous to do business with. Ken Kaye is the man to go to for garage door repairs and installations. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ken is a super friendly, courteous guy. They came when they said they would and that is very important to me. They offer good prices as well.

They do beautiful work we are very pleased. The only thing I didn't like is that they did not do was fill in around the foundation but it is not a service they provide, unfortunately. The carpenters were particularly were terrific.
