I recently had my entire house replaced with Majesty Windows from Aladdin. Besides the quality and competitive price for the windows, the true value was from the professional staff at Aladdin. Frank's installation team was professional, friendly and took pride in the work done including cleanup and disposal of all of the previous windows. Barbara the office manager was very helpful in coordinating installation dates and handling the payment process. Hats-off to Gerry and his team for a job well done!!

I showed up at their showroom and was greeted by very friendly knowledgeable people who were very thorough in the cross-comparisons of models and styles for two different awning companies I was considering. The very next day the owner came to the house to do a measure and further discuss decisions. His honesty in telling me about things I did not need to seal the deal for me. We sat and wrote up the order and I had it installed in less than a month. Very happy with the manner in which I was treated with friendly professionalism. I would and already have highly recommended them to friends and family.

That because of the China Virus there was a waiting period of about a month or so before product was available to finish the job.

I hired them to replace all of my windows. The crew that arrived were a group of men, very unkept and unprofessional. They ripped out my windows, also tearing a few of the window frames as well. They left a mess! Never again.

Unfortunately it took awhile to get the door due to the Corona virus, (not Aladdin's fault), however it was well worth the wait. I'm very pleased with the quality of our new patio door. Also the two men who delivered and installed the door were very personable, professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. This is the first time I used this company and would definitely use them again if the need should arise. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need their services. Great experience!

I don t usually do this, but I was so impressed with the entire transaction that I thought I would. The price was right, delivered on the promised date and, most importantly, the installation was absolutely superb. The crew was very professional and also friendly too. I would have given them tens if I could have.
