The windows installed great work and quality is awesome, we love them warm house for sure and they look amazing, will be back again for other home improvements. Customer service is terrible. It took 3 weeks to get an estimate and then another 2 months for actual work to be completed.

This is a family owned and run business. They came on time, worked efficiently, and even put my birdbath back up that a raccoon had turned over. They were friendly and professional. We would recommend them with no reservations!

Ordered a new storm door as the wind blew it and it would not close anymore. They brought a new one and took the old one off and when they put the new one there. It was too small. They had ordered it wrong so they put my old one back on and it closes again so I canceled the new door.

The process of ordering and having the awning installed was seamless. Anyone that I dealt from Aladdin were very nice.

The project took longer than expected in part due to shortages of materials. Updating me as to the status of the order was Aladdin great failure. I was required to follow up multiple to determine when the project would start and be completed. Once the materials were received, the company was prompt in their installation and professional in their service.

While I think they did an excellent job, I was not happy about the fact that it cost an additional $600+. If they simply gave me a correct cost quote, I would not mind.

They were very professional and the railings look amazing. It took a very long time to get them installed - most likely due to COVID shortages and delays. Overall - it was a wonderful experience.

They were very professional & friendly, the replaced the existing wrought iron railings & installed new aluminum handrails & they look fantastic. And the really add to the house's curb appeal, I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new handrails

From office to installers - flawless!!

Once the materials were received in shop it took 9 weeks this was due to COVID. I call several tomes for updates regarding my when project. The person who answered phone didnâ t seem very interested in helping me out. The person who first met with me very professional and knowledgeable installers also did a great job very pleasant and knowledgeable

Love our awning and installation went smooth

Though it took awhile to come in, the wait was worth it. 3 reps from Alladin arrived on time and installed the railings on our front stoop. They were quick and neat.
