Responded quickly & set up an appointment to come to our home to discuss sizes & fabric options. On time, professional, courteous during ordering, and installation. The awning has been a wonderful addition. Previously it was too hot to use our deck in the afternoons. The fabric is beautiful, the remote works great.

Love this company! Hired them to do porch railings at my house & my parents. Good value. Great product. Installed sooner then promised which was a delight. Clean install. Would highly recommend & plan to hire again.

The sales people were very nice and the installation was timely. Railings look very nice but we did have an issue with how they were installed. ( we were not told the railings on our two step front porch would have a slight slant ) My husband and his friends thought that should be corrected but even though I think they are right, I let it go because it would be too much trouble to correct. The railings do look very nice and they are sturdy.

I would highly recommend Aladdin. They did an excellent job installing my back door and patio door. Everything was done correctly and to my complete satisfaction. Their installers were courteous, professional and competent. The job was done right and they cleaned up as though they were never here. In the future they would be the first I would call.

Altogether a terrible experience - I am baffled that we were treated so poorly with the high rating Aladdin has on Home Advisor and the BBB. We started early last fall with Gerry coming to review our exterior door replacement needs. He also reviewed a second possible door replacement and some potential window replacements. He measured everything and called back quickly with quote so we put down our deposit. Then we hear NOTHING from Gerry or Aladdin at all. When I call later in the fall, I'm told they are very busy and they'll call me back to schedule an install date. I call again because I've heard nothing after a month and Gerry is never available. When I finally get a hold of him again around January or February, I'm told, oh by the way, we close up for the winter. Gerry also tells me he called the house number after I told him to only call my cell phone. He tells me he's waiting for the door to be made (it is a custom door) and will call my cell. Again...silence for two months. Every time I call the office, I'm told he isn't there and they are so sorry and they will have him call me as soon as he gets in the office and that never happens. They also can't decipher his notes to give me an indication of where he is in terms of our project. I'm also told that he has tried calling my cell phone, but he's never left a message, so how was I to know that he called? When I tell the office that we're done and want our lockset back, they say they want to make good on everything and will give us a big discount on our installation, so I say ok. Gerry finally calls me and gives me his cell phone number. I tell him to PLEASE leave messages for me if I can't answer, even if he has no news so I know he's still working on our job and he agrees. He also then tells me that the door manufacturer made our door backwards (the exterior finishing done on the inside and vice versa.) and it'll be another 4-6 weeks. When I say, fine, what if we take the incorrect door anyway - will they give us a discount there? He says he'll talk to them - and again, I don't hear from him for a month until I start calling him and the office again. NOW, I am told that the manufacturer won't eat any of the cost of their error (which is crazy because what are they going to do with a custom-sized door?) and he's severed ties with them over this issue BUT he just found out that Pella does doors now and will go down to Monroe as soon as he can to see if the doors are good quality and get back to me with a price list. He also says he and Aladdin don't feel comfortable holding onto our deposit for so long without progress and mails a check back to us. I'm concerned that we're being dumped, but giving them a last chance. Another two weeks go by, it's April 26th, and when I call him, he tells me he hasn't had a chance to go down there and I ask him to tell me when he plans to and he promises it'll be "soon". I called Gerry one last time on May 23, 2018 at 11:30am.

clean, pleased with the installation

Everyone was a pleasure to work with. We were kept in the loop and it was all handled, step by step, in a very timely manner. We have used Aladdin before for awnings and railings and the quality and work was always top shelf. They are a little pricey but worth it in the end product.

Gerry is very knowledgeable about window installation and the products he uses. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very confident about our decision to hire his company to install six very large replacement windows in an old house. The people at this company made the process very easy from getting the estimate through to final installation. It was a pleasure doing business with Gerry and Frank. Barbara was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Price was reasonable. The workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They were on time and did the job right, i'm very pleased with the installation of my door.
