+ -1 moreJohn made an appointment and called to reschedule at a slightly different time. I did not have to wait from 2PM - 5PM as required by some repair people. When I arrived home, they had already begun to the work. The job, though small,was done well. John and his son were professional and courteous. i would be pleased to have them do work for me again.
