Paul and Jeff always go above and beyond to fix what ever is broken at our facility. VERY knowledgeable!

Jeff returned my phone call promptly, and scheduled an appointment at my convenience several days later. Paul McGuire himself came out on the call, and is a creative plumbing problem solver. After he fixed the hot water faucet downstairs, there was still a slow drip. He ruled out a defective washer, then discovered the cold water tap was also dripping. He fixed it quickly and efficiently, as he did the upstairs bathroom. I appreciate the fact that Mr. McGuire's truck contains all the parts he'll need for a job, enabling him to complete the work quickly, without having to run out to a plumbing supply house for parts. I also appreciate a pro who's willing to educate me by sharing his expertise. When I asked Mr. McGuire if I should eventually replace my bathroom sink fixtures with the same brand, he recommended another brand with a limited lifetime guarantee. I've found Mr. McGuire's rates to be very fair. If you're looking for a superior plumber, I highly recommend McGuire Plumbing.

We were not able to get water from any of the faucets in the house. After checking the usual suspects we called a friend who once was, but is no longer in the plumbing business. He recommended we call McGuire Plumbing and Heating located in Voluntown CT. The call was made on Thursday evening. A voice mail was left which we didn't expect a response to until the next day. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call that same evening. Jeff Cassidy, the individual responding to our call, made an appointment for the next morning (friday). Jeff checked out the situation, determining the pump to be the problem. He had come prepared with a boom truck and got to work right away digging down to access our very deep pump. Jeff was very congenial, eliciting confidence as he rectified the problem.
