They guy came and cut some pipes, and he never came back. I called the pool guy to do the pool work, and he's telling how to do the pool work, that's not what I signed up for. He told me how to do it, I had a cracked skimmer and he told me to go get some putty and put some putty in the skimmer.

They had a very hard time removing the over-sized (and wrong model) pump that a previous pool company had stuffed in there, but they got it out, installed the correct pump, and cleared up a problem with leaking that resulted from the over-sized pump. The overall price charged was a higher than what I'd been initially quoted, but that was because it took them so long to get the old pump out ? and I don't think it was unreasonable for them to charge for that. I originally purchased my hot tub from Bronson's Pools, and they've been very good about supporting it. I made a huge mistake in agreeing to let my therapy pool guy change the spa pump, but Bronson's was willing to do the work to fix this problem that they had nothing to do with creating. I've dealt with Bronson's, both for pool chemicals, supplies, and as a hardware store for over seven years now, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and all-round ethical business practices.

I wish to apologize if the information that I based my review was inaccurate. At the time of the visit the rep was unable to find the record of the pool construction contractor, and it was assumed that since the materials kit was provided by Bronson?s, they were the installer. The fault was in the builder in 1997, the infamous Silvester, aka Silvestri, with his own subcontractors and his fallacious and cost cutting practices in many other systems of the house, which we have uncovered, one by one had to make expensive repairs.

I got the new gaskets and parts home, followed the directions exactly, and everything works great! Even told me what to watch for so I didn't rush through and damage the gasket.

I spent $22000 on that work. They were most competitive in terms of price.
