+ -1 moreInstallation started with a planning an quotation visit. I my case planning turned out to be difficult because there are limitations on the total length of the refrigerant lines. We finally settled on running the second story lines through rear corner of a full length kitchen cabinet and removing a section of sheetrock in the upstairs room. It reduced the run length and is not visible. Before installation I cleared out the areas of the cellar where they would be working. Installation took a little more than a day. The only issue was that the drain for one unit would occasionally moan in the wind (the Coke bottle effect). This was cured by moving the end of the drain a little. I am extremely satisfied with both the system and the installation and would use American Heating and Cooling again.
Description of Work: Installed a Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner with three cooling units.

He showed up on time, his team left everything neat and tidy, and we are very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism displayed by the owner of this company, and his worker. It works wonderfully, and we highly recommend this company to others. Its a great alternative to central A/C and much more affordable.
