+ 0 moreWe had a new hot water heater installed 2 years ago. We recently saw an issue with it (these things can happen) and contacted Mark immediately. Mark and his team not only made it a priority to come out to our house immediately and replace the tank, he worked with the supplier and manufacturer to submit the warranty claim for the old tank. He stayed on top of the claim and had us reimbursed for the cost of the new tank within 2 weeks. He worked diligently to make things right, and we truly appreciate it. Don’t hesitate to work with Mark and Water Heater Medic!

+ -1 moreThey are neat; they clean up after themselves and are polite. I did not do a lot of comparisons for pricing. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: About two years ago they put a hot water heater in and checked our system in our hall. The second time they came out they did better.
