Pinnacle Stone Care

My shower tile/grout was 30 years old. It was in ok condition but needed to be cleaned up. Ken did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. In addition, he looked at the 'whole picture.' By that I mean...he pointed out that the shower head and the diverter needed to be caulked...and he did it. He caulked where the tub met the floor. Did he have to? Nope. I would never have been any the wiser. He has a great work ethic. I would highly recommend.

I just wrote a scathing review of this "business" "scam" Then the site encounter a problem and the review disappeared. No time to re-write the entire thing but I would give Ken 0 stars. Dirt in grout is now sealed in and we will have to replace it all next year. He charged us $350 and even the bathroom floors are still dirty. Especially in the corners and near the walls. The Kitchen grout is still black in the middle of the floor Same grout in laundry is the original tan color in spots but dirty in the center. What an expensive insult to a retired couple. It is a mess! Worse than before since all the dirt is now sealed.

Great find and very helpful... He is knowledgeable and gave me ideas on his findings. He is fixing my tiles the way it should be as the previous owners made a mess with tile installation.

Ken said he'd be at our home at 11:00, was spot on time. Gave us an estimate, which was reasonable, and then did the job. The entire process took less than an hour and a half and all was clean and neat when he left. This guy should be a national treasure for tile.

Ken and Austin not only arrived on time but they were very professional and did a wonderful job on my tile. I would definitely recommend them. Job well done, truly cannot thank them enough!
