Daniel from Page Plumbing arrived at the assigned time, was very professional and friendly. He worked with my bathroom remodeler to establish prices and scope of work, then proceeded to do the prep work needed in half a day, as estimated. He kept us informed all along the process and we are impressed with the work done. We look forward to completing the remodeling quickly and again recommend Page Plumbing highly. (Our second service - first was redoing our well, also well done.

I had a broken pipe in my basement due to the freezing weather on Sunday. I called over ten plumbers. While no one could come out until Thursday at the earliest, Ray Page Plumbing called on Monday bright and early and fixed the broken pipe on Tuesday morning. If I was without water they would have come out earlier. Terrific job. Daniel Cetin did excellent work. Explained what had to be done, gave me an estimate, did the work and cleaned up entirely. I would highly recommend this Ray Page Plumbing. Their office staff was fabulous too in scheduling and follow up and they even came out earlier than scheduled and called prior to make sure it was ok..

wasted a month and a half of my time and met with unprofessional staff, after being meet with the inspector showing up late to the 2hr window, which i had to wait around for, the man that arrived told me i was lucky he was sent to me because the other employees wouldn't do as good of a job as him. They took another hour taking pictures for a report which when i revived was incomplete, and didn't reflect problems within the house. I spoke one man who didn't seem to know what was going on and directed me to the manager who contacted me days later. He told me he would have it rewritten and sent back to me, a week went by and nothing so i called them again, and they told me i would receive a refund, but didn't want to go through with it. i first began doing business with them in 12/2 and am finally beginning to be compensated on 1/13.

My experience with Ray Page Plumbing was all around very good. Luke, the Ray Page Plumbing technician, was great! He was professional, courteous, and most of all thorough and resourceful in identifying an issue that didn't present itself immediately. Luke listened attentively to all the symptoms I relayed that our basement level mascerator pump and plumbing system was exhibiting. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasn't presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!) He was clean and knowledgable in his work. He didn't have the part but his team got it out to him quickly. He got to work and fixed it timely. The office staff who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment were also easy going, thorough and efficient to work with. I couldn't be more pleased. I hired Ray Page based on very positive online reviews and recommendations from friends. I’m very glad I hired them for the job. They gave me the first appointment of the day to accommodate my schedule. Their technician, Luke, was on time, customer- oriented, courteous and professional. He wore a mask at my request and made sure he kept my rugs and floor coverings clean as he did the work. After reviewing the old install, he explained the process to me and discussed toilets he’d brought to do the job. The quote he provided was competitive and reasonable for replacement with a Kohler model I liked. He removed the old toilet carefully and installed the new one, testing to ensure there were no leaks. He reviewed the new installation with me and asked if I had any questions. The payment option of credit card with email confirmation was simple and fast. The whole job took about 90 minutes which was perfect for me. Thanks, Luke, for the great job you did!

This is the 2nd time I have hired this company for a plumbing problem and I was very happy with the service both times.

Ray Page Plumbing is the real McCoy! For our fairly complex project, expectations were exceeded at every corner. From qualify customer service to topnotch workmanship, this company easily earns a 5- star rating. To the extent we ever require subsequent plumbing work, we'll undoubtedly know who to call.

Everything went fine, Chris was on time and was very professional. It is very w pensive to Howe a plumber, but I feel he did a great job at a fair price.

The job itself was professionally accomplished and I was always informed of progress and cost as he proceeded to do the job. My only concern is with the office that scheduled the job, as it was rescheduled twice before the plumber actually arrived. However, the office expressed their apologies to me personally, also in a professional way.

Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable and his work was very clean and efficient. The company is VERY customer service oriented, sends texts/emails to confirm appointments, sends again a day before they are coming and one just before they are arriving with a picture of the service person who will be coming to your house. They follow up on a phone call a day after the service to see if you have any questions or concerns and ask how you feel their service performed was. i would definitely use and recommend them.

Called the original installers from 12 years ago but they weren’t very responsive. Ray Page responded with same day service and worked with my schedule. They sent text alerts with picture of Scott. Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service.

There was a miscommunication in the time scheduled somewhere but they did come the day they promised. The two plumbing technicians were very professional and took care of the problems within 20 minutes. I did do a survey directly to Rays plumbing about the fee that was charged for the minimal work performed and they did call me to discuss how to improve on at least providing a minimal work quote if work was going to be done. Initially they were coming to see what was causing the leak in the bathroom tub and the technicians told me if they did any physical work, they would have to charge me a fee of 149.00. I had them tighten 2 faucets and that was the bill. I do understand it is difficult for a company to quote over the phone, but based on what my problem was, it would have been nice to have an idea on what I would pay.. I would hire them again, but would like an upfront quote. Thank you

The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the job, gave me a reasonable and precise price, and finished the job in record time. I had several estimates in hand for the job and Ray Page came in at the best price!!

Everything from the text notifications about the appointment and when the technicians were on the way to my home was great! This is not the first time I have used Ray page, and will not be the last. The technicians, Andrew and Kyle, were professional. They diagnosed my "no water" problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable amount of time and money. 5+ stars to this company!

Scot and his helper arrived on time on Tuesday morning. They worked very quietly and completed all the work by Tuesday afternoon. They installed two new sinks and toilet in one room and one sink and toilet in the other one. Their work was very neat, and they removed all old equipment, etc. i am very pleased with the work they did.

As usual, Ray Page Plumbing was super responsive and incredibly punctual. Andrew came out and quickly did an inspection. His suspicions were right on as the wax ring around the base of the toilet had come unsealed and caused the leak. He was very fast, very efficient, and incredibly courteous. He left my bathroom spotless after the repair was made. These guys are worth the call.

They were excellent in my opinion. I had used them a couple times before, and would recommend them. They are very punctual, and easy to get a hold of. I have nothing negative to say about them. The guys that have come to our home have been very easy to get along with. If I have any plumbing needs, they are my first call.
