Great experience from start to finish. I received a call very soon after requesting an estimate. Work was performed well with excellent suggestions and solutions provided. Bryan did not have an easy jof for several reasons. Old well water tank was located in a crawl space. It was a brutally hot day. He had to work in a very tight space (not even sure how he did it!) between the furnace and wall to pass the piping through to the new area where the washer was to be re-located. But throughout he was cheerful, helpful and committed to doing a great job. I'm very happy with the work performed.

Went well. Initially planned to just repair the shower, but due to the job satisfaction I asked the plumber to look at the washer valve and provide an estimate repair. Since I felt the estimate was reasonable, I approved the additional work.

Very disappointed. We made arrangements for tub/shower replacement--picked out materials and set a date with them. The office called several times asking for duplicate info about parts. It seems they lost the info. Then they pushed the install date back b/c they were too busy. We asked 2x for a written estimate detailing a breakdown of cost: it was never supplied. On day of install, a worker arrived w/out the unit and with no advance notice that he would be doing a tub/shower install. He was apologetic. Turns out they don't have the tub. Then, while trying to arrange a reschedule which involves their subcontractor as well, he mentioned that there would be an additional $800 cost to sheetrock above the surround. It's clear they had not made any arrangements to do the sheet rocking. Bottom line: they were totally unorganized which cost us the month window of time we had to do this project. Ray did call to apologize which was nice but now we still have to start from scratch.

The gentleman showed on time, did the work as promised, and did a good job with the new toilet's installation. However, he was rushed when doing the work, and I wasn't informed of the actual price of the upgraded toilet when I spoke to the scheduling person about the job which would have been nice to know.

We left a message Sunday night and asked for a call in the morning. They called back first thing in the morning and were here in the afternoon. Plumber came on time and was nice and knowledgeable and replaced the leaking pipes. We have also had a tub/shower consult several months ago and the guy who came out for that gave us a lot of helpful info. He took his time and laid out different options without a hard sell. Some things came up and we weren't able to follow through on the installation but we plan to schedule it this summer so if we use this company I'll report back.

They were prompt and efficient. I believe they were done with the job in about an hour and a half. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the quote. We thought we received quotes for 2 different options of work but it turned out to be the full quote provided in 2 parts (one part for removing the busted pipe and another for installing the new pipe). In the end, it still was a reasonable cost to not only replace the pipe but to crawl under our creepy deck to get to it. We were pleased with the work.

I was given a window between 10-12. They called and told me they were running about an hour behind. I had no problem with that. Scott came out. Was very professional and well dressed. I have 2 dogs and he didn't have a problem with them. I explained my issue and he took quick look. He explained the cost to diagnosed and if it was a minor fix it would be included in the diagnostic fee. Turned out to be problem with dryer itself. He isolated it to stop the leak. I had a few other questions about plumbing in house that we've owned for 3 years. He explained my options for the questions I had. Overall I was very happy with the service and will call them again.

They showed up 45 minutes late, however they did call beforehand to let me know. Both Ray and his assistant apologized. He figured out how to install it and everything was done fast in about 3 hours. They went right to work and their communication was excellent. I was looking for someone reliable to install this and he left the place neat and clean. I have hot water and this unit is working properly! He did some extra work around the house work to make sure water flowed properly at no cost. He did let me know that my broken faucet has a lifetime warranty and that I can get the parts for it for free. Good plumber, professional and does his job right!

I will probably be in contact with them in the near future to perform another job. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Ray Page Plumbing explained what I needed and provided a quote. I checked around with other providers and decided to use Ray Page Plumbing. They arrived to my house on time as scheduled, and performed all requested work to my satisfaction.

We bought the angies list special for the hot water heater flush and plumbing inspection. We had several questions regarding different areas of plumbing and felt that all of our questions were answered. Bryan left us with several quotes for things that could be replaced or fixed but we never felt pressured, in fact he advised on timing for some of the things to be done later. We told him that our boiler was going to be serviced in near future by someone else and Bryan was honest leaving one problem to be done by the boiler service person because it made more sense to do later (rather than trying to convince us to let him do it.) We ended up getting a new pressure tank installed the next day by Bryan, and felt that he was very professional and honest. He went out of his way to try to find an old part to be replaced and also was honest about a $25 dollar rebate that I didn't even know about, which I received just a few days later in the mail. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Even thou it was only a $49.00 charge, I believe their overall intent concerning the " special price " was to give us a quote on a new water heater. The present one is still working just fine. I believe my questions concerning the issues I presented concerning the flow of hot water in the shower and tub were not answered or I did not understand what he was telling me. I would have not bought the " deal "if initially someone on the other end of the phone would have told me that it is not advisable to drain your hot water heater, if you have not been draining it in the past.

The service has worked out well. They were on time, did what they said, and everything was done as advertised.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. I was happy about the water heater flush; it was worth it. It was really more of a sales pitch. They didn't pressure me but it wasn't quite what I thought it would be. He was nice and he wasn't pushy, but it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. There was something on Angie's List about talking about a tankless water heater. I liked the guy that came out. The price was fine; it was super.

Prompt response and installation.

Went very well. Bryan was a great guy to have do the work. Prompt courteous and professional service. Would definitely use again. They came when we needed them to and when my wife called the lady who returned the call was very understanding and accommodating.

Very prompt and honest, I really liked that he stuck with the estimate he provided. He had to extend some plumbing lines and the quality of his work was quite high.

Everything was favorable and the first inquiry was good. I made a service call and they came out and they immediately assisted and they provided a reasonable price, they accepted the work, provided a coupon and everything in the service went well.

The service that I called was very professional. The plumbers came only a half-hour after the agreed upon time, which in plumber's time, given the uncertainty of prior jobs being completed on time earlier in the day. Ray (owner of the service) and Brian (another plumber) took about two hours to diagnose and snake out a very clogged sink. Ultimately, it was decided that this would likely only be a temporary fix and that the more permanent fix would be to replace a pipe in the wall (not fun news, but not wholly unexpected). Throughout the service, Ray and Brian were extremely professional, ethical in their interactions (giving me likely scenarios and costs estimates along the way), and hard-working (there was no down-time evident). Ray is very proud of the fact that he is a licensed and insured plumber, as are his four plumbers in the company, and that given the many years of training and experience, he is much more qualified to fix plumbing issues than mere "clog-masters" or handymen. Given his work ethic, the patience he took in explaining the diagnosis, and the pride he took in his work, I was very pleased that I went with Ray Page Plumbing.

We had new countertops and sink installed. We installed our new faucet and began the install of the disposal when it became apparent that we couldn't fit the drainage pipes ourselves without reconfiguring the pipes. I called Ray Page and they were able to schedule us for the next morning. Ray Page actually called me the same day to see if the disposal installation was something he could just talk me through on the phone and avoid paying for a service call. I very much appreciated this but we needed a professional to redo the drainage. Titus arrived the following morning and was very professional and did a beautiful job replacing the kitchen drain.

When you depend on a well for your water, it is extremely stressful to suddenly have no water at all available for household or personal use. I called Ray Page Plumbing, Inc. before 7 am and was impressed when I received a call within 5 minutes from Ray who let me know that they would make it a priority and could have someone there by 8 am. Luke arrived before 8 am and expertly assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly. He took the time to explain the workings of our system and answered all of our questions. The price was very reasonable and a big relief since we thought it might be a costly and time consuming repair. In response to our queries about our aging system, Luke detailed how it could be updated and provided a variety of quotes and scenarios for future reference. We really appreciated the very fast response, professionalism, and expertise that was provided.
