+ -1 moreI would not use them again but some things went OK. Significant communication issues depending on who answers the phone. Don't have their own in-house crew so plumbing and electrical are subcontracted out. Person taking out countertop and backsplash tripped some breakers and didn't let me know which almost ruined everything in my refrigerator and freezer. Plumber was disgruntled because he came so late in the day although I had indicated hours before it could wait until the next day and when he left we realized we had no hot water. Happy with electrician. Tiler did a good job but made odd phone calls to us for days after job was done and I had to block his number. This company demands payment upfront for basically everything even for things that aren't going to be ordered or used for weeks. Definitely not a practice I am used to with other contractors. Read your contract (which is way too long by the way) carefully.

+ 0 moreThe process from demolition to installation of flooring, tile, cabinets, and granite countertops was seamless. Communication was great with Ayman, the Owner! Also, the installation was done to perfection. Seamless process and a one stop shop for granite countertops, kitchen cabinets, tile and laminate flooring. I am very happy with the outcome. Description of Work: We had work done by Legacy Kitchen and Bath in the past. We have remodeled 2 bathrooms and a Kitchen. Demo had to be done for the bathrooms and kitchen as well as new installation of cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and tile.
