+ 0 moreOutstanding. This is the fourth time we have used Perez Painting, for both interior and exterior work. Andres Perez and his staff are among the most professional and responsible people I have encountered in ANY profession. Exterior painting has lasted far longer than that performed by any previous painting contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Description of Work: Exterior House Painting, preceded by sanding scraping, power wash, etc. and followed by careful cleanup.

+ 0 moreThis crew was fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. Andres was exacting and concerned that we were happy with the color. He had the paint mfg sales representative come out to the house AND call us to consult and make sure that the color match was correct for our cedar siding. The guys repaired some damage and went above and beyond with their work, taking the time to be sure the job was done right. This is the way to satisfy customers, and Perez Painting does it right!
Description of Work: Andres and his crew performed the following work for us: wash entire house, scrape/prep basement windows and trim, prime and paint trim (entire house), paint garage doors, stain entire house and deck.
