+ -1 moreBob was great. Called me back the same day I left a message. We discussed the history of my washer, Bob's listened to what I had to say and we agreed a service call was needed. Then we realized he lived too far from me, he is in Putnam. So Bob helped me come up with a troubleshooting plan that my husband could try when he got home from work. Bob was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Told me where the screws were, what to look for, what I would need to order if I noticed different situations. My husband and I did fix the washer last night...an old sock stuck in the drain of the washer causing the pump to not function.

+ 0 moreBob's company is him, and he is a very honest man and very good at his job. You can call him with some troubleshooting info and he may very well tell you over the phone what you need to do to correct your appliance problem, and not charge you at all. He has come out to the house (we live in the country so its a bit of a drive no matter where you're coming from) and he may not charge us for the trip if he doesn't happen to have the right part....he is a real throw back to the days when people expected honest payment for honest work. Bob is very good at fixing things, for sure!!! Even though my husband is quite handy, Bob 'has his back' on all repair jobs!
