After discovering a leak in my house, I went on Angie's List to identify a plumber in my area. This particular plumber had an office less than 1 mile from my house and he had a good reputation from the two listings I read. I called the work number number (listed on this website and confirmed using google) on a Friday afternoon and left a message to have him call me back (repeated my number twice so that that there would be no mistake) and told him that "I had a leak" and to call me as soon as he could. Approximately 100 hours later on a late Tuesday night (i.e., over 4 days), I have not even received a call from him -- not even to say he was too busy to take my work. I never mind if a tradesperson calls me and says that they are going to be late, cannot do the job, and/or are other otherwise busy. In that instance, I can look for somebody else and/or otherwise plan accordingly. However, simply not calling back a potential customer is rude. When somebody says they have a leak, it typically means that damange is being done to the home until the leak is stopped. As such, it is a pretty time-sensitive issue -- unlike somebody, for example, wanting to have a faucet replaced or install a new toilet. Update: 2 weeks later and still no call back.

They are very good. He returns my calls promptly and shows up on time for appointments. However, he stays busy, so I have to wait a while for an appointment. I will use them again.
