+ 0 moreThe door was delivered in July and six months later it was finally done !!! It was said we had wood rot and they made us go through enormous crap with Home Depot!! We were put on a horrible spot and we basically had no choice to fold to their new contract $1,600 more to replace two pieces of wood !! One 2 x 4 and one 2 x 10 approximately 5 feet long. The owner that you never get to talk to Valdimir Mashkovich finally came to my house to look at what his installer that even admitted that it wasn’t as bad as first thought they offered us $125 back and after showing the owner they came back with $400.00 and I feel we were totally burned !!! So we voiced our displeasure to a associate at HD headquarters and they Reimbursed us $400 that was more reasonable. I would never ever ever use Odessa builder ever again.

+ -1 moreA representative from Odessa came out to our house to make sure we had ordered the right door and all extra parts. They then came back once the door had arrived to install it. My husband was home that day and the installer was punctual, polite, and efficient. He installed the door and new frame during one day, and the result was beautiful!

The only issue was they were supposed to come in the morning but they called a week before to say they could come in the evening which was a challenge. I asked if they could come earlier and they didn't make it until the last 15 minutes for the window. Aside from that, everything was fine.
Description of Work: I used the door service of Odessa Builders. They installed a screen door.

+ -1 moreOdessa Builders, LLC, did a really great job. They were great. We went through Lowe's and the recommended Odessa Builders, LLC. The labor itself was between $500-$550.
Description of Work: Odessa Builders, LLC, installed our front door. We switched out our front door and there was a lot of extra labor involved because our house is a old house.

Description of Work: Arrived right on time this morning for an installation of a sliding patio door. The went right to work - took time to cover the carpet area when they had their tools and were walking back and forth over. Did a professional job and cleaned up all areas when they were done.Took away old door and all trash. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Odessa installed a front entry door and two sidelights, purchased from Home Depot. They were on time, pleasant and neat. They first removed the old door, then installed the new one. They were on site about three hours.They even did a little bit of extra caulking around the front entryway.
