+ 0 moreDan Nemeth is one of the most meticulous and skilled contractors it has ever been our pleasure to work with. We were impressed when he built the sunroom divider at the time Dan took to carefully match the trim and walls, and it really looks now as though it has always been there. His work on the bathrooms was of a similar excellent quality. While he is not the speediest worker, the end result for every project on which he has worked for us has been superb. We are very happy to recommend Dan highly as one of the best re-modelers we have worked with in many years. He is a personable, friendly and entirely trustworthy person who became one of the family in the times he worked with us. We will certainly be contracting him again in the future.
Description of Work: Dan Nemeth first built a dividing wall, with French doors and window, between our sun-room and the main house to mitigate the leaking of heat in the winter. We contracted Dan again to remodel our guest bathroom and a Jack & Jill bathroom between our daughters' bedrooms, and he again proved his superior skill and eye for detail in planning and executing the projects from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Dan has also undertaken numerous repairs around the house, solving many problems (ranging from plumbing leaks to malfunctioning water heaters, to stained flooring) that we inherited when we purchased the property and which no one else had been able to fix. He has also replaced several windows for us.
