Description of Work: I had a toilet that was leaking at the base into the basement when it was flushed. I called Buttermore plumbing because I had used Buttermore in the past and was satisified with work he did then. He arrived earlier then the scheduled time we had arranged which was good with me. He quickly diagnosed |the problem and went to work. All the parts he needed was on the truck so the reapir went quickly. Very professional.

Description of Work: Replaced a circulator on a very old gas furnace for radiant heat. They were very carefull to not let air or water into the system which could have corroded the pipes. They are very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I told him I didn’t just want to see pictures of specs, I wanted to see one that was working and see how it would work in my bathroom. He told me to go to Webbs to check out the jacuzzis there. I saw one that I really liked so I called Keith and asked if he could take a look at it, so he did. I told the salesclerk that my plumber would be coming in to see the one I’m interested in. Keith called me from the store to tell me, “did you know that these tubs are 20 inches high?” Once he told me that I really had second thoughts about it, as it was really too high for me. He didn't have to tell me this, yet he did. He is a very honest and trustworthy.
Description of Work: I was going to use him to put a Jacuzzi in for me.

We called a few (some returned calls, some didn't), and decided to use Keith Buttermore, who actually answered the phone and was very polite. He arrived promptly on the designated day and time. He did all the work required in a timely and professional manner. He was friendly, neat, and very skilled. He had flat rate prices for toilet and faucet installation, which was nice because you knew the price even before he came, which was very fair and reasonable. We couldn't ask for a better plumber. A+ rating in all categories, will definately use him again in the future and refer him to all our friends!
Description of Work: We had three new toilets installed as well as a kitchen faucet and rough-in support to change a bathroom vanity to a pedestal sink.

+ 0 moreThis was the neatest work that I have seen done, everything at the end was labeled, color coded. Job was completed on time, They showed up on time, when they said they would be there. Attitude was exceptional - quality outstanding. No hidden costs. Job was priced as the job not hour. We are planning to use Buttermore Plumbing for a bathroom add on in the future.
Description of Work: This was a house that was closed up for multiple years with burst pipes, seized up well. Multiple additions in the house, the previous plumbing was not energy efficient, pipes had burst, etc... Buttermore Plumbing came to do an estimate and was able to go to work the following week: They removed seized up well pump, replaced well to CORRECT submersible pump down 100 feet, removed all heating piping throughout the old house which was a nightmare and was not used in 4 years with pipes broken. Replaced all heating piping, hot and cold water piping logically throughout house for efficiency. Connected to furnace. Gave us water and heat in a home that has not had heat and hot water in 4 years.
