Satisfied customer. I'm pleased with the services offered by Wtech22 in July 2024, in Stamford, CT. Wilson resolved my unique central ac problem with a few solutions. He called me back the same day to address my needs. He was quick to diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. His team of 4 removed the old central ac unit and replaced with a new one all in one day. He was willing to work with a customer, his professionalism and courteous earned him and his team my five star rating!! Wilson is also very easy to talk to, making the experience more enjoyable. They ended up working late to finish the job, we provided dinner for the team to show our appreciation. With all that said I would recommend Wtech22 to my friends and family. Wilson called me first thing in the morning after I had submitted the request the night before. I was so relieved to hear from him as our furnace was out on a very cold day! He promised to come that day, and did not disappoint us. We’ll call him next time for sure.

I was having a problem with my oil furnace on a cold night and made an emergency request to Wtech22. Within minutes I received a phone call back from a PRO asking me how they could help. Then Wilson arrived within the hour to my house, was very professional and was able to fix the problem very fast. The Pro was able to take apart my furnace to find the problem, had all spare parts needed at hand, and I had him clean and do maintains to the furnace at the same time since he was already here. Thank you WTECH22 and Wilson for taking all the stress from me and getting our heat working fast on this cold night at a great price. I had such a great experience with Wilson. He was available to come to our home on short notice and was able to install our equipment right away. He was very knowledgeable and very informative, he explained how the new system worked and walked us through set up. We are very satisfied with the work that was done in our home.
