On time, estimate was correct, work was well done. Locksmith, kind, courteous, professional.

I called and explained that I needed to have two locks changed. I was told to purchase my locks before the appointment, which I did. When the technician arrived (I think his name was Anthony), he told me that the locks I purchased were cheap ones. He also said that he was only their to discuss my options and not to make the repairs. I didn't need to discuss my options, I was thinking that I was paying to have the locks changed. So he apologized and left. I called for a refund.

They got back to me right away to inform me they could not provide the service I was looking for, which I sincerely appreciated their quick response.

I mistakenly thought the Angie Big Deal locksmith was in my service area in Hilton Head SC, but realized he was in Connecticut. I called him and confirmed that he only served Connecticut area and I then told him I would be canceling the order. He was very understanding and agreeable. I next called Angie's List help phone number and was assisted in starting the process to get my 85.00 refunded.

I was never contacted regarding my deal. No services were rendered and I have asked for my money back.

We had two old doors and locks and they were able to put in brackets to install the new locks. Put dead bolts and doorknob locks in both doors, all keyed alike. Very satisfied with service. Two men came and they were very professional and knowledgeable as to what to do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were a little early so I didn't have to wait on them. Very professional and pleasant. Looked at both doors, knew what they needed so quoted me a price and went to get the parts they needed. Came back and immediately went to work until both doors worked perfectly.

My husband and I just purchased a new home, so we hired Wise Locksmith to replace all the locks on the house. He changed several locks, several of which were extremely complicated. He was one of the most professional service people I have dealt with. Very polite, communicated well, and never over promised. I highly recommend him, did a great job.

They appeared after 20 minutes I called, he was very polite and friendly, the service was performed professionally and prices are great, they have very big assortment of locks and possible options what to do by pricing. Service was great, Approximate response time was 15-20 minutes after my call. Technician was skilled and performed service in great timely manner. technician Asked me to provide HARD proof of residence before he opened the door, which made me feel safe.

Technician Jake was friendly, extremely skilled and accommodating to the needs of the job, performed it quickly, and assured that services restored the required security.

Wise Locksmith was very good. I used them a couple of times, one was for my car and another time for my house. He was kind and courteous, and did what he said. Everything went find and I have no complaints! The technicians for this company were licensed, insured and bonded which gave me the security to proceed with service. Their pricing was very acceptable and Will recommend to anyone!

He also fixed my back door lock for free. Highly recommended! i felt very safe because they have real pros!
